I thought I’d share the photo below of me and my morning smoothie. I make a morning smoothie every day but today my almost 10- year old daughter pointed out that my smoothie matched my outfit! I was flying through the morning and probably wouldn’t have noticed If she hadn’t pointed it out. I got lots of likes on my Facebook and Instagram stories when I posted a photo so I thought Id share on this blog too.
Vegan Morning Smoothie Recipe
The fruit tends to vary slightly depending on what is in the house but stays pretty much the same every day.
Fill 18oz cup with a half a cup of ice
Add about 1-2 oz of filtered water
1 banana
4 large strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raw spinach
About 1 cup of Oat Milk (or almond or soy milk)
2 TBSP milled flax seed
Blend and enjoy!
