Ideal Day

This would be my ideal work day, or a close variation of it.

Sleep 7-8 hours

Blue light

Hot beverage

Meditate – 10 minutes

Pray – 5 minutes

Journal – 5 minutes

Exercise – 1 hour

Shower

Smoothie

Take the kids to school

Commute

Work

Eat a salad

Walk at lunch

Errands

Work

Pick kids up

Quick Nap

Cook dinner

Eat dinner

Prep for next day

Wash face and floss and brush teeth

Read to kids

Tarot Card

Relax

Reflect

Sleep…. Again
